It is incumbent on the club, to notify all members of our club that an annual report of our financial  situation of the past Calendar Year 2007 is available to them. This notice is given in accordance with  the State of California’s Corporations Code, §§ 8321 and 8322.  If any member requests a copy of our balance sheet, income statement or Cashflow Statement for  2007 it will be provided.    The club is in need of an Audit Chairman to conduct an audit for the years 2003 through 2006.   (Notice added 2008-04-01)
